Terms Of Service

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern the use of services provided under the business name Inari Raphael, operated by Lynette Anne Nieling (known as Lyn). These Terms apply to all interactions with the business, including but not limited to browsing the website, reading content, submitting forms, making bookings, and communicating via email, phone, or other channels.
By booking a session, submitting a form, communicating with the business, or using the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not proceed with a booking or use the services.
2. Nature of Services
Services offered include spiritual, intuitive, and psychic-based readings, clearings and healings and related guidance. These services are intended for personal insight, reflection, and spiritual growth, well-being and exploration.
All services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate professional guidance where required.
3. No Guarantees
All services are provided on an “as is” basis. No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, results, accuracy, or interpretations. Any decisions made based on the service are the sole responsibility of the client.
4. Client Responsibility
Clients acknowledge and agree that:
- They are voluntarily engaging in the services
- They understand the nature of the services
- They are responsible for how they interpret and apply any information received
5. Personal Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your decisions, interpretations, and actions in relation to the website, any communications with Inari Raphael, and before, during, and after any session or service.
6. Booking and Acceptance of Terms
By making a booking or submitting a booking form, the client confirms that they have read and understood these Terms, agree to be bound by them, and accept full responsibility for their participation in the services. The client further agrees not to hold Inari Raphael or Lynette Anne Nieling (known as Lyn) liable for any outcomes, decisions, or consequences arising from the use of the services.
7. Cancellations and Refund
- To assist with scheduling and availability, we request that cancellations be made no later than 7 days prior to the appointment.
8. Payments
All payments must be made in fullwithin three days of receiving the service, unless pre-payment has been requested or otherways agreed. Prices are listed in AUD unless stated otherwise.
9. Liability Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Inari Raphael and Lynette Anne Nieling accept no liability for any loss, damage, or consequences arising from the use of their website and/or services
- Clients agree that the website and the services are used at their own risk
- No liability is accepted for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes any damage caused by client’s personal interpretations of the session, service and/or website information.
10. Accuracy of Information
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information when booking. Inaccurate or incomplete information may affect the service provided.
11. Minors
Services may only be booked for minors by a parent or legal guardian.
The parent or legal guardian must be the contracting party responsible for the booking and must complete the booking form and accept these Terms on behalf of the minor.
The parent or legal guardian assumes full responsibility for the minor’s participation, decisions, outcomes, and actions before, during, and after the session and/or service.
12. Confidentiality
All client information is treated with respect and confidentiality. Information will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
13. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, recordings, and communications provided as part of the services remain the intellectual property of Inari Raphael and Lynette Anne Nieling unless otherwise agreed in writing.
14. Use of Content and Restrictions
All content provided by Inari Raphael, whether through the website, services, or communications, is protected and remains the intellectual property of Inari Raphael and Lynette Anne Nieling. You agree not to record, reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, modify, transmit, display, or otherwise use any content without prior written permission. This includes, but is not limited to, recorded readings and/or healings, session content, written and/or recorded materials, email communications, and all content published on the website. All content is provided for personal use only and must not be used for commercial purposes, public sharing, or redistribution in any form. Unauthorised use of any content may result in legal action.
Clients agree not to:
- Use the services for unlawful or harmful purposes
- Misrepresent or misuse the services
15. Health Disclaimer
Services provided by Inari Raphael are not medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. They do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
These services are not a substitute for, and do not replace, professional medical, psychological, or other licensed treatment or advice. Clients are strongly encouraged to seek appropriate qualified professionals for any health, mental health, or other concerns.
16. Right to Refuse Service
The practitioner reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or discontinue services at any time, at their sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving inappropriate behaviour, misuse of services, safety concerns, or changes in client suitability, health conditions, or family circumstances.
17. Readings and Digital Delivery
Where the service includes a psychic or spiritual reading and/or healing, the reading or sharing of the outcome of the healing may be provided in recorded format and delivered via email.
The service is deemed fully rendered once the recording has been sent to the email address provided by the client at the time of booking.
It is the client’s responsibility to provide a valid and accessible email address. Inari Raphael is not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or technical issues beyond reasonable control.
All readings and other recordings are for personal use only. Recordings may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, or shared with any third party without prior written consent.
The recording remains the intellectual property of Inari Raphael and Lynette Anne Nieling unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If a client does not receive their reading, they must notify Inari Raphael within a reasonable timeframe so that delivery can be verified or re-sent.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which the business operates. Any disputes shall be subject to the appropriate legal jurisdiction.
19. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
